Whether you're viewing from the sportsbook perspective or the exchange view, the process remains the same. To begin:
Click on which side you'd like a bet on. I want Eagles -7 so I will click on PHI -7 box. Exchange and Sportsbook view are both displayed to signify that process is the same for either view.

Once selected, press the "Create New Offer Button" on the right hand side
Enter the odds and risk YOU want. In this example, if you enter Eagles -7 +106 it means someone can bet their oponent (the Vikings) +7 -106.
Press the offer button to complete the offer and now we see it on the exchange
